IRON-MAN (TONY STARK)
A little summary of Iron man:
Tony stark a successful weapon manufacturer who dicides to stop making weapons and makes an Iron man suit to survive the terrorists who kidnapped him and becomes the invincible IronMan.
Strengths
(1)HE IS A GENIUS- Tony made the iron man suit in a cave,He created a new element,He created ultron and vision and he did most of it by himself and dispite all that tech knowledge his business mind is clever too.
(2)HE IS FILTHY RICH-Tony stark is a billionaire and worth 100 billion dollars. No matter real or fiction world being rich will always be the biggest superpower.
(3)ARMORS-Tony has been know to built all types of iron man suits mark V,VII,VIII,HulkBuster and so on and not to mention that he suits up in style.
WEAKNESS
HAND TO HAND COMBAT-When it comes to fighting in the traditional ways tony is not your superhero.

A ittle kid who was walking down the
alley with his parents watches his parents die as they get shot by a thug that leaves a scar on his personality bruce takes the oath to protect gotham ciy so it doesn't happen to anyone else and learns 127 types of martial arts and to face his fears of bats he names himself BATMAN.
STRENGTHS
HAND TO HAND COMBAT- Batman has mastered 127 various types of martial arts and when training to be batman he fought in a gauntlet where he lasted for 48 hours.
HE IS RICH TOO-Bruce wayne is also super rich with a net worth of 90 billion and he is proud of it as he states that it's his biggest superpower.
HE'S GOT SUPPORT-Brucs always have his butler Alfred who was a trained soldier in army,Lucias Director of Operations of his firm who has helped him a lot to built his gear and takes care of his business.
WEAKNESS
HIS DARK PAST-Batman didn't have an ideal childhood his past has held him a lot. It was the main reason behind him not being able to be green lantern.
HIS NOT KILLING POLICY-Batman doesn't kill any one which is a huge disadvantage it is one of the main reason why his enemies keep coming back.
NO ACTUAL SUPERPOWER- Batman has beaten lots of superheros like superman,flash ur the whole justice league but he actually doesn't have any superpower

I have mentioned their strengths and weaknesses and now its easier to determin the winner so
While Iron man beats Batman in intelligence and technology Batman beats him in hand to hand combat.
If take the suit away from them iron man will be a big mouth billionaire while Batman will still be batman.
And lets not get carried away in a paper combat when it gets real Batman has beaten every superhero that would beat him on paper easily.
But Iron man can't even beat Captain America who looks like would loose to him on paper but Iron man can't take a hit.
